Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at SpyDrive. We value your trust and are committed to providing high-quality products and customer service. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Returns
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Customized or special-order items are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@spydrive.com.mx with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by SpyDrive.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note:
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the condition of the returned item and packaging.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at support@spydrive.com.mx within 7 days of delivery.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will either issue a replacement or refund, at our discretion, at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Digital or downloadable products.
- Opened surveillance or recording equipment due to data sensitivity.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
6. Shipping Errors or Lost Packages
If you believe your package was lost or misdelivered, notify us at support@spydrive.com.mx as soon as possible. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacements for lost packages are subject to the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.
7. U.S. Customers Only
This Return and Refund Policy applies only to products sold and shipped within the United States. We do not currently accept international returns.
